I suggest going up one size to what you normally wear since they are fleece lined!!
Fleece lined leggings are fuzzy on the inside, kind of like a sweatshirt - not as thick but just as warm. An added bonus - the fleecy lining means they are very opaque keeping the risk for a "sheer" scandal at bay.
